  • Must be a citizen of India. 
  • Citizens of Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibetan refugees who arrived before January 1, 1962, are also eligible. 
Educational Qualification
  • Candidates must have completed at least Class 10th or an equivalent qualification. 
  • ITI certification from an institution recognized by NCVT/SCVT is also acceptable.
